Christmas Pics

We attempted to take some family pictures this weekend, this is what we came up with. Ambria was screaming the whole time and it was a real pain, however Braydon did awesome. He smiled really cute in them all.

Gingerbread Mania!

Tonight Braydon and I made a gingerbread house. It was a lot of fun. It was the first one that Braydon has done. He loved it! I let him decorate it and decide how it should look. I think he did a great job! Well done Braydon!!

We Have A Toddler!

Today I stood Ambria up to this train (it has handles for walking) and I was surprised at how much she loved it! She walked everywhere with it! She didn't even care where she was going she just kept on walking around. She went all the way around the couches in the living room 3 times and then into the kitchen and back and then in and out of my bedroom twice, she did that all without stopping once! She got mad when I tried to make her stop to eat. One time she fell and hit her head on the wall so I picked her up to comfort her and she got so mad until I put her back down so she could keep walking! I love it. She just has to figure out that she can do it without the train now!

Busted!

I caught Ambria pulling all the DVD's out of the cupboard. She opened the doors all by herself and then proceeded to pull them all out. The little stinker! But when she saw Jason and me putting them back on the shelves she tried to help and would stuff the DVD's back in there. It was great.

She Stands Alone

Ambria is getting pretty good at standing all by herself. She gets braver and braver everyday! She can do it longer, she just gets lazy and wants to sit down.

Rigging Up The Lights

The first thing at Christmas that's such a pain to me....rigging up the lights!!! This definatley rang true for Jason today! He put lights up on the house and he was getting so frustrated! He hated it. The lights were all tangled up, then one lights burnt out and they didn't work. He complained the whole time........but we now have Christmas lights. And they look really good. Thanks Jason!!!

Ambria Walks, Sorta

We have been trying to work with Ambria on walking. She is getting so close! She started walking with this train she has.......she's doing so good! Won't be too long now......hopefully!

Braydons Friend Filled Weekend

Braydn had a sleepover this weekend with his friend, Kaden (in the red stripes). The next day his other friend Triston came over and they all just played all day on Saturday. He had so much fun, he loves when he gets to play with his friends. They were jumping on the trampoline and Jason was throwing the balls in there at them. Those boys play so rough! It's amazing there weren't any broken bones.......BOYS!!!!

Daddy's Girl

Just some fun new pictures we took this weekend. She is getting so big! She just loves her daddy! She also loves the Christmas Tree, she loves to take the ornaments off the tree and throw them on the floor. She is getting way good at standing up. She will pull herself up to anything......she just needs to get brave enough to take the plunge and just walk already!!!

Updates

So we are having technical difficulties with our computer. It's acting really funny when I try to put my SD card in I get kicked off the internet, don't know why. (If anyone might know, please share) But anyways we are having to use our OLD laptop and its really slow and annoying and the letter C is missing, but I have figured out to still make it work....ha ha. This laptop doesn't even have an SD slot so it's really a pain to upload pictures on here, so that's why I haven't posted pics. But nothing new has happened anyways, just same 'ol, same 'ol. Ambria turned 11 months on tuesday. One more month till 1!! She gets her cast off this coming tuesday....thank goodness for that!!!! She has figured out how to take it off herself, I went into her bedroom to get her after a nap and she had completely torn it off her arm! I wish I had gotten a picture of it. We have had to rewrap it quite a few times actually. I can't wait to be rid of it. Dressing her is such a pain, it's hard to get long sleeves on her (hopefully I haven't ruined all her clothes by stretching them out.) Braydon is still doing good in school and basketball. On the 19th they are having a little Christmas program at school, I can't wait to see it. Jason has been sick, but thriving, sorta (It's amazing how our big strong men can turn into babies when they are sick, hmmm......haha JK). He hasn't flown a whole lot lately, his flights keep getting cancelled due to weather, but hopefully it will get better. We are all so excited about Christmas. I just LOVE this time of year. It is kinda bitter sweet however, because we won't be with any of our family this year. But we are making the best of it, Santa will still come and Christmas will still go on!
