"Ammy go on da BUS!"

I just thought this was funny. Ambria put on Braydon's shoes and his backpack and said, "Bye, mommy! Ammy go on da Bus!"

MuCh RanDomNeSS

At the request (well bullying, lol) of my mother in law, here are some recent photos that I have been slacking on posting here. These are in no particular order. But are fairly recent. At the park with the kiddos after feeding the ducks, which regretably I have NO pictures of! Jason's first flight in a fixed wing and Braydon and I got to tag along. Pretty much I only lasted 2 flight patterns and I had to bail. Next time I will bring my OWN barf bag!
Jason took this pic of himself while flying solo. Yes, he texts and talks on the phone (sometimes) while flying.
I really like this picture. This was a few days ago, she has a mouthful of cheese, but I just love how pretty she looks here.

Braydon's Randomness

Here are few random recent events for the boy. We have been doing some really fun activites with his Cubscout pack, they got to do some archery a few weeks ago, here is Braydon and his arrow! Braydon and daddy painting the birdhouse he made at scouts, which now resides in the woods behind the house.
I just LOVE these pictures! These are Braydon's friends. He's so lucky to have such good friends! From left to right, is Bryson Frederick, Kaden Ellis, Ethan Ricks, and Braydon Call

Georgia Aquarium

We took a little trip to the Georgia Aquarium with some friends Easter weekend! It was a blast, we decided to make a weekend of it and headed up there Friday afternoon, got a hotel room and and got Hard Rock takeout. Then Saturday morning we got up and ventured to the Aquarium. It was so cool! These are just a few pics, but my favs were the sharks, it was so neat to see. I've never been to an aquarium before so I think I was more excited than the kiddos.

My Little Boy Turned 9!!

Braydon turned nine this year! Holy cow! I can't even believe it. I know this post is WAY late, but here are a few pics of his par-tay. Below, he is opening gifts from his friends....
He had a Bakugan themed party, so I made him some cakes shaped like Bakugans. I'm a rookie, I know, but it's really fun to try!

I Am A Terrible Blogger

I have really been slacking in the blogging department, but am trying to be better. My last post was Halloween! It seems so overwhelming to play catch up at this point, so I will probably just start from here. Both of our kids celebrated birthdays and christmas during my "blogging laziness era" so scroll down for a couple new posts. Braydon had his "Bakugan" birthday party yesterday, so pics will come shortly.

Our Trip To Utah-In a Nutshell....

Because I am such a terrible blogger, here is a quick re-cap of our fun Christmas Vacation in Utah....... We spent a month in Utah over Christmas break and it was so much fun. We got to play in the snow, build an amazingly awesome snowman, visit with our families, and relax. Jason and I celebrated our 9th wedding anniversary..I can't beleive it's been 9 years! It was so nice to be able to leave the kiddos with family and go out on date! Ambria mastered climbing out of the crib while in Utah and Braydon mastered snowball throwing. Both big milestones for the kids! And we were able to talk my amazingly talented sister in law Amberly to snap a few shots of the fam! They turned out great, she is an awesome photographer, thanks so much Amberly!!
Christmas '09 rocked! Hopefully we will have a repeat in '10..........cross our fingers!

Ambria's 2nd!

So while we were in Utah for Christmas vacation we got to celebrate Ambria's second birthday. It was so nice to be able to celebrate that with all her family. I can't believe my baby girl is 2 already! It is going way too fast. Jason calls her ladybug and she really likes ladybugs. So naturally she had a ladybug birthday party. Marqae and I attempted a ladybug cake for her, here it is. She also had ladybug cupcakes for those who didn't want to eat the fondant cake. Ambria pretty much just licked the icing off of them. But at least she ate it this year. Last year she wouldn't touch her birthday cake, she fed it to daddy instead.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, SWEET GIRL!!

HaLLoWeEn PaRtY!!!

Well Halloween time has come to an end and boy am I glad it is over. What a crazy busy month I have had. November will not be any better but we still had a ton of fun! Lots of Halloween events this year. Trunk or Treatin at the church, a battalion Fall Festival full of trick or treating, haunted houses, hay rides, jumping castles for the kids, food, games, face painting, it goes on and on. We had a bunch of our closest friends over for a halloween bash on Saturday. It was a lot of fun. We had lots of yummy food like witches brew and garlic soup (to keep the vampires away) and spooky desserts. We played a few games with the kiddies, and then went trick or treating. The kids had a blast. We made costumes out of toilet paper. Braydon was really not very happy about his costume, haha. We are such mean parents. Here's Ambria enjoying the festivities.
The kids are searching for clues that took them around the house on a "ghost hunt" to find all the ghosts that were inhabiting our home. Luckily they found them all!!
They had to walk like Frankenstein in this relay race.
We also played pin the spider on the web, then we had a "monster mash", where the kids had to stomp on all the balloons to get the prize inside and Kristin told some scary ghost stories. Then headed out into the freezing wind and rain to trick or treat! Ambria was such a trooper, she went to every house and said "shrick O tweet!" She loved trick or treating! She caught very quickly to how it works. Thanks everyone for coming and making this a great Halloween. Now onto Thanksgiving! Yum.

Carving Pumpkins and Such....

Here is the fam in our Halooween "get up" this year. Jason (breifly) dressed as a ninja, and when I say breifly I mean just long enough to take the picture. I was cupid, Braydon was SWAT, and Ambria was an angel. Pulling the guts out of the pumpkin. I love the look on Braydon's face. He thought it was SO gross, he got totally grossed out and couldn't even finish so Jason ended up doing the rest, but with a spoon, haha. And here is the finished product. Braydon designed it on paper and then they carved it. He was so proud of his JAck o lantern.

Call Family Blog

Welcome to our family blog. We are using this mainly as a way to keep in touch with long lost family and friends. I decided that with everyone scattered to the winds that we could stay involved this way. xoxo
