MY BRAYDON IS BAPTISED

I cannot believe he is 8 years old and got baptised. The time has gone so fast! But he is turning into such a wonderful young boy. He is so smart and compassionate. He made the BIG decision to be baptised into the church and we are SO proud of him. He was baptised on April 26, 2009 in the Phenix City ward building. His daddy performed the ordinations and his aunts and uncles flew in to attend and participate in the service. Aunt Marqae talked to him about baptism and her and Uncle Brian gave him a really awesome CTR ring. Uncle Mike and Aunt Amberly talked on the Holy Ghost and gave him a warm fuzzy blanket to represent the warm fuzzy feeling of the Holy Ghost. Uncle Brian gave a great closing prayer. They truley brought a strong spirit with them and I will never forget it and I KNOW Braydon never will! I was a sobbing mess, but that's another story. It was such a proud day for Jason and I and we are SO grateful for all who were able to attend and help out!!! Congratulations Braydon!!! I love you!

MY WONDERFUL FAMILY

My brother Mike, his awesome wife, Amberly, my brother Dave's cute wife, Betsey and their beautiful little baby girl, Kamryn. My brother Brian, and his cute wife, Marqae, all came to Alabama last weekend to visit and see Braydon get baptised. It was so much fun! We had the best time. Hangin together, having dinner, and laughing ALOT! The guys built an awesome four wheeler track in the woods in our backyard, so pretty much we didn't see much of them for a couple days, but we had an amazing weekend! Thanks guys for taking the time and effort to visit! It meant SO much to us!! Love ya! XOXO

JUST LOUNGING

We got to lounge around the house and spend so much time together. It was a blast. We all stayed up so late every night and woke up early so we could get in as much time as possible. Amberly ALWAYS looks so good in pictures. It makes me mad! Hahaa. I braided Marqae's hair. It looked great! She loved and sported it all night. If anyone else wants this look, just let me know. I can cater a look just for you!!!

We got to go watch some the awesome missions that Jason flies. They Rangers were attached to these ropes and they would practice flying them around. It was so cool to watch. That was the first time I had ever seen this. I was amazed! And then, after they finished the pilots did a fly by right over us. His job is SO cool.

FAM TIME

But it's just cause they are so good lookin..... My younger brother Brian, who I decided is pretty much WAY smarter than me.

Dog Bait

Dog bait. That is our new nickname for Braydon. A couple days ago he went over to his friends house to play. He went through the backyard and as he was knocking on the door their dog came up behind him and bit him on the back. Luckily, it didn't get his arm or something where it could relaly clasp down on him. This was the damage, but actually I took this photo a couple days after it happened so it is already looking better than it did that day. Poor Braydon. He is such a trooper though, he was trying to be so brave about it. When they called to tell me what had happened I talked to Braydon on the phone and I aksed him if he wanted me to come get him and bring him home and he said, "Mom. Why would I walk all the way over here to play JUST to come home because of a dog bite! I mean, that doesn't make sense! If I rode my bike here, MAYBE that would be necesarry, but I WALKED.!" So, um.....yeah. How can I argue with that, right? So he stayed and played and seemed fine. Crazy BOY! It started to get sore that night, but he is doing really good now.

Happy Easter!

Happy Easter. We had a fun Easter. We hunted eggs after we got home from church. There were some eggs for Ambria, she had 12 of them. and we were shocked to see that she actually hunted the eggs. It was so fun! She would find her eggs and stick them in her basket and then move on to the next and she ended up finding 13 eggs! Way to go baby girl!!

Braydon had a harder time hunting eggs. He did AWESOME though. His eggs were harder to find and he had 56 total eggs to find. But he LIVES for the egg hunt, so it has to be extravagant in our house. Easter is ALL about the egg hunt here. It is so fun watching the kiddies find their eggs and dive into their Easter baskets!

Here is what the Easter Bunny left for the rugrats. Ambria had a fuzzy bunny and some of her favorite treats and Braydon had a new kite and some favorite goodies. Happy Esater ALL!!

My friends and hubby threw me a surprise birthday party last saturday to celebrate my Bday! Complete with a BBQ, singing, cake and presents. (oh, and I also got to wear this AWESOME pretty tiara!) LOL. It was so fun! Above is me, Leiah, Erin, and Kristin. Thanks you guys are the BEST!!! XOXO

Twister!

Better late, than never, right? For Braydon's birthday last week, we let him pick the dinner he wanted to have and he could pick a fun activity to do and he chose family twister. So that's what we did. I was actually kind of fun! And I must say that I ROCK at twister! Haha, Jk! But it was a good time. It is a lot harder than I remember!
